When my father returned from a trip to beijing a couple months ago, he brought me this:

this is the christian dior cannage couture palette available only at duty free shops around the world. while i like everything in the palette, i love the three eyeshadows on the right. they are the "night" shades and contain a sparkly champagne, sparkly green grey, and matte aubergine purple. i rely on these three shades almost exclusively when i go out.
what surprised me most was the green grey color in the middle. it is amazingly versatile, and works as a great base color for multiple skintones.
while i'm sure you can find these shades in a more readily available dior palette, i've just come across a palette that is even better! meet the ombres perlees de chanel palette for spring 2011.

the shades are beautiful! a set of sparkly and shimmery colors that are all you need for going out. And peep that green grey color towards the right! perfection.
