wet n' wild sugar coat is a pretty awesome drugstore polish find. the formula is decent, and it costs only $1.99.
i could've done with one more coat, but i was doing my nails while watching "the bachelorette", and had just caught sight of a male contestant wearing cornflower blue knee socks. totally threw me off my polishing game.
