work pump

i have tons of shoe options on the daily, but i wear my basic black work pumps the most. while skimming through my calendar this week, i noticed a networking event and two political events in the slots during the evenings.  figured now was as good of a time as any to pick up a new pair of work pumps that can get me past the 5 PM mark.

my requirements: under $200, preferable 3" heel height, solid black with no embellishments, and must be comfortable.

while making a return at zara, i spotted a few sale signs in the kenneth cole store down the street.  stopped in, and saw my perfect work pump aptly named the the superb heel.

kenneth cole "the superb heel" $138 (30% off!)

the beauty of this pointed toe pump is the 925 technology.  it has a flaxseed pillow in the arch that molds to the shape of your foot, as well as two layers of foam for shock absorption.  in girl terms, you can run a marathon in these heels.

i am normally a size 6, but had to take a 5 1/2 in this pair.  unfortunately, they didn't have my size in the napa leather version, so i picked up the patent.

love!
